**Return Policy**

Merchandise can only be returned for store credit. Items must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase or delivery date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Sale, clearance, and special-order items are final sales and cannot be returned. Items that show signs of wear, stains, odors, or are deemed unsellable will not be accepted for return.

**How to Process a Return**

2. Enter your order number and email address to begin.
3. Let us which items you’d like to return
4. Once your request is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

All returns must adhere to the conditions of our Return Policy. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during transit. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail with insurance for safe return shipping.

Please allow 3-5 business days for our Returns Department to process your return once received. If all criteria are met, a gift card for store credit will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

**Exchanges**
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. Due to the fast-moving nature of our inventory, we can't ensure that the items you’re looking for will be available in your desired size. We recommend returning the item for store credit and using it to purchase the size or style you prefer, if available.
