We use USPS Priority Mail for all deliveries. Shipping is a flat rate of $13.99, but it's FREE for orders over $150. Orders are processed within 2-3 days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note, shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays or weather-related delays.
**Tracking Information**
Tracking details will be emailed to you directly from USPS once the shipping label has been created. Please note that tracking information is not immediately available at the time of purchase.
**Lost or Stolen Packages**
Kimish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be reported to USPS for a claim.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
